Please read these terms carefully before using wainbd. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all conditions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wainbd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the wainbd website located at wainbd.pro, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and related digital services offered through the platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the wainbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. - wainbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
- Deposits used to claim a bonus are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made.
- wainbd does not charge fees on deposits. Fees imposed by your mobile wallet or card provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

- All bets placed are final once confirmed. wainbd cannot reverse a bet placed in error by the player.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stakes returned to the player's balance. Winnings accumulated during a malfunctioning round will not be paid.
- Sports betting markets (cricket, beach volleyball, and other events) may be suspended, voided, or settled under amended terms if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned. Specific settlement rules for each sport are published in the sports betting help section.
- wainbd reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
- Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from their account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
- Players may activate a time-out (temporary self-exclusion) ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks directly from account settings.
- Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time business day.
- wainbd reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where gambling behaviour suggests harm may be occurring, including but not limited to chasing losses, very large single-session deposits, or unusual betting patterns.
- The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Any evidence of underage gambling will result in immediate account closure and a full review of all transactions.
- All data transmitted between your device and the wainbd platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Personal information is used solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by wainbd, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the wainbd platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds that provide an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from a manifest error may be voided.
- Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or conduct any other financially illegal activity.
- Attempting to access any part of the platform's back-end systems, databases, or source code.
- Impersonating another player, wainbd employee, or any other third party.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the wainbd platform — including but not limited to the wainbd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of wainbd or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wainbd content without our prior written consent. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wainbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. wainbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 10. Platform Availability
wainbd operates on a 24/7 basis and endeavours to provide continuous platform availability. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events). wainbd will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance. We shall not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or account access issues arising from platform unavailability.
11. Amendments to These Terms
wainbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
12. Account Closure & Termination
You may close your wainbd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements. wainbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is in breach of these Terms, without prior notice where circumstances require urgent action. In the event of account closure by wainbd for a breach, any pending bonuses and bonus-derived balances will be forfeited.
13. Governing Principles
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and wainbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. wainbd's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms are published in English, and the English version shall take precedence in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation.
